VAT

Food
and beverage:

Lütfi Kırdar International Convention and Exhibition Centre
has a wide range of food and beverage to suit all needs and
tastes. Guests and visitors are requested not to bring food
into or take food out of the Centre.
Exact Guest Numbers
The administration must be informed of the exact number of
guests two working days prior to banquets held in the Lütfi
Kırdar International Convention and Exhibition Centre. Total
cost is then calculated according to the size of the reservation
rather than the number of attendees. No discount is given
if the number of attendees is less then the number reserved
for.
Health
services (like ambulance, doctor, nurse) are not provided.
All obligation is on the event organiser not Lütfi Kırdar.
The
hanging of flags, banners, streamers and posters outside the
main building is not allowed except in the designated area
above the main entrance to the building and after attaining
the approval of the management.
As
stipulated in the contract it is forbidden to stick, fix or
nail anything onto the walls, doors, and ceilings of the halls.
Further details of how the event organisers can use the premises
are detailed in the contract. Halls cannot be assigned to
third parties.
