The Main Building

The Main Building has been designed for various organizations. The halls, having different capacities, a wide foyer area with daylight and state of the art technological equipment, enable the Main Building to meet all kinds of needs and requests.   

The “Boğaziçi Borsa” Restaurant in the Main Building unites the unique Bosphorus view of "Istanbul Lütfi Kırdar", ICEC with the flavors of the Turkish and world cuisines and renders its services to the guests for 7 days.

 

 

Rumeli Building
The two-level Rumeli building with a total area of 7,000 square meters, foyers with abundant day light, dividable halls and its own entrance, can be used together with the Main Building.

Upper Level
Rumeli Upper Level has an area of 4000 square meters with a daylight foyer, which can be separated into four rooms with soundproof separators. The fixed technical equipment is available in the hall. It has a banquet capacity of 3500 people and a theatre arrangement capacity of 2600 people. In the Rumeli Upper Floor, there are backstage preparation areas and rooms, fixed simultaneous translation cabins and small meeting rooms.  

Lower Level
The Rumeli Lower Level offers an area of 3000 square meters with separate entries for the guests and organizers. It can be divided into 13 separable meeting rooms for different sizes with specially manufactured soundproof mobile separators. With this customized system, the venue can serve different options for carious activities for participants.   

Maçka Terrace

In addition to the breathtaking Bosphorus view, the Maçka Terrace is a unique alternative for dinners, cocktails, weddings and other outdoor activities with its menu choices. It has a banquet capacity of 1500 people and a cocktail capacity of 2000 people.

The Terrace, situated between the Main Building and the Rumeli Building, has two different entrances and it can be used for each buildings seperately.

Maçka Terrace, offering an area of 2500 square meter, is also suitable for a tent construction.
